Lack of Defrost = Water. Water + Oil = Bad...

So in conclusion, Lack of Defrost + Oil = BAD...

Just cooked my lunch (as in really cook) for the first time in 6 months. It was such an explosive (literally) experience. The moment I slid the ham into the wok, a lot of splitter splutter happened and I was forced to retreat far away from the wok as oil threatened to scald me with their extremely long-ranged shots.

Well at least it's still edible... Eating now...
